Your digital purchases are ready to download from your purchase receipt screen and are also automatically emailed to you. Please check your junk or spam folders for your download links.
Your purchase receipt page will have a download option for your digital options. The purchase receipt email you receive will also have the download links in it as well so shop away.
While I understand these limits are frustrating there isn't anything I can do about them. These limits are set by my website and store host.
Hit the chatbox, contact us page on the website, or reply to your receipt email and send me a message. I can reset your limits for you from your original order.
This is a grey area in my no refunds on digital purchases policy. Files are automatically sent to the email address.In general, if your mistake is a transposed letter, a forgotten dot or dash, or something similar and easily done I will work with you to get you your files as quickly and easily as possible. If you entered a completely wrong email your purchase will fall under the no refunds on digital items policy. Please confirm the email address more than once before completing your purchase.
This one is a little trickier to fix. Most times you can allow the download, but one particular antivirus software will not allow you to download the files no matter what I've tried. The customers that have this particular software have found they must turn it completely off, download the files, upload to a cloud storage, then turn it back on. These buyers have also found they can download on their mobile device first then move the file to a cloud storage for access across all their devices.
No. I'm not sorry. Once you hit the pay now button those files are sent. I cannot get them back. If it turns out that you accidentally purchased a pattern that you have already purchased in the past, which is a little more common than you'd think, please hit the chatbox, the contact us page on the website, or reply to your receipt mail and send me a message. If I can locate both purchases I offer a free download of a same price digital item.
Locate the files tab on your device, organize to most recent, it should be right there. You may have to open your downloads folder as well. If all else fails you're going to have to google it using the search phrase "where do I find digital download files on my computer [android phone or iphone]?"
Ravelry collects and remits taxes imposed by your government to the proper tax authorities on my behalf. This allows me to sell digital items around the world and still keep my sanity because I am not learning tax code for every country where my patterns are available for purchase.
That is completely dependent upon what you ordered. Yarn and spinning fiber generally ship next business day unless I am at a fiber event, in that case they ship next business day after I return home. Books ship Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays whichever day is soonest after you place your order. Spinning wheels are built to order by SpinOltuion, I will keep an open line of communication with you about your order and shipping status.
You can choose upgraded shipping on your yarn and fiber orders. Wheels are built to order and will ship when they are ready. Pattern books are shipped via media mail which is occasionally a slower shipping option. Media mail packages can take up to two weeks to arrive.
Most packages ship very quickly. Physical item orders can be cancelled **prior to shipping** for a full refund. If your order has already shipped you can return it **in original packaging and unopened** within 7 days of delivery, return shipping will be **at your expense.** Refunds, less the cost of return shipping, will be processed after items are returned and inspected.
Spinning wheel returns for refund are at your expense and must include insurance to cover the cost of the wheel.
Reach out as soon as possible. Once your order ships there is nothing I can do to stop it from going to the address you entered.
If your order is delivered to the address entered during checkout there is nothing I can do, you are ineligible for a refund or replacement. Please triple check the shipping address you enter at checkout to prevent this issue.
If orders are shipped to the wrong address due to **my mistake** I will replace or refund your item.
Reach out to me as soon as you think your package may be lost. The sooner we put a trace on the package the better. If your package is lost we must allow time for a package trace to work or for it to turn up on its own. If after 30 days after putting a trace on your package it has not turned up I will offer a refund or replacement. No refund or replacement will be offered or happen before 30 days of the package trace.
I'm sorry that happened, I will work with you on filing a claim with USPS, but I cannot offer replacement or refund for items shipped and delivered to the address entered during checkout.
Each item is entered into the store with dimensions for shipping it by itself. This means that when ordering multiple items it occasionally overcharges shipping. I always refund shipping overages over $2 as soon as I print your shipping label.
There are a few reasons for this:
First, VAT. It is not cost or time effective for me to collect and submit VAT to your respective tax authorities.
Second, the cost of worldwide shipping is astronomical. In my time as a seller I have had less than a handful of people willing to pay the cost of shipping for a book or fiber to be sent to them.
I offer all of my patterns in digital format on my Ravelry shop just for shoppers outside of US.
