Hi, I'm Nickie, the designer. Welcome to my weird little world. This site is to showcase my designs, and give you a little insight into my crochet adventure.
In 2014 I taught myself crochet. In 2016 I made myself try a mandala blanket pattern because it scared and intimidated me and a love was born. In 2017 I decided I was going to design my own and my passion was born.
Last year I learned so much. About myself, about crochet, about my world, about how I can see my world made in yarn.
I also learned it takes a whole team of people working my patterns making sure they’re easy to read and understand for all levels of experience. Those people are my heroes. They help me be a better designer and writer. They help me become better at what I love. They also have many times helped me practice patience I didn’t know I had. I thank each and every one of them from the bottom of my heart.
